How a trade flows
01You swap on the AMM. $NVDA moves in and out of the v4 pool — and the other side of that pool is tokenized NVDA stock, so the pool prices the memecoin in units of tokenized equity.
02The stock leg clears separately. Tokenized NVDA doesn't sit in a public ETH pool — it trades through Robinhood's RFQ against USDG, so its USD price comes from equity markets.
03The two multiply together. Equity markets set the quote asset's USD value; the AMM ratio sets how much $NVDA that buys. That product is the $NVDA USD price.
What this is NOT
Equity ownership of NVIDIA Corp — the memecoin carries no claim on dividends or voting rights.
The same contract as Robinhood's tokenized NVDA — that is a separate asset (0xd060…9EEC).
A guarantee of 1:1 stock tracking — the pool ratio floats with trading.
A Base launch — stock-paired tokens exist only on Robinhood Chain.
